My husband, Ty, and I decided to buy a house out in Sun City, Indio and needed to sell our condo in Palm Springs as quickly as possible. So, we drove by ReMax Realty and stopped in and met Dick who quickly listed our condo.
Dick did a great job selling our condo. He held open houses every week, advertised it with photos and called us with all updates every week. He was easy to talk to and respected our wishes at all times.
In a few months we had an offer. We ended up having a very difficult and trying escrow with delays at time of closing, all of which had nothing to do with Dick and everything to do with the agent of the buyer. But, Dick handled it all, offered suggestions, took back up offers and did all he could to see that our escrow closed, which it eventually did.
As we were heading home we realized that our Comcast equipment was still in our condo and needed to be returned. We called Dick and he got a key, went in, took it apart and returned it to Comcast, saving us a 200 dollar fee. We really appreciated it and found this to be far above what is required for an agent.
