In today’s mail I received the Seller’s Closing Statement for the property I sold as the Personal Representative of an Estate.
This sale was one of the most difficult things I have had to handle. The first problem arose when I found, at the last moment of the first attempt to sell the house, I wasn’t in a legal position to do so. My first attorney didn’t do his job! I had to back away from the sale and start all over again!
Through all of this turmoil, my Real Estate Agent, Dick Sakowicz, remained positive and very supportive. The house was back on the market and Dick immediately had another offer for more than the asking price!
Dick was so supportive! If I contacted him with a question, he was immediately back to me like I was his only client. He and his wife, Frances, his Marketing Director, went way beyond what I expected them to do to assist me. I live in Ontario, Canada and couldn’t be at the house to let in people working at the house. Dick and Frances were always there in my place without complaint! Frances even personally found paint in the garage to touch up a few marks on the walls.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Dick Sakowicz and his team a 10 for sure! I most certainly highly recommend them to sell your house!
