Working with Dick and Frances Sakowicz was as easy and stress free as buying your first home can be. Not only did Dick know the real estate market, he never ran out of places to show us, or enthusiasm. When things were beyond stressful, Frances was the best at getting us to perk up and try again. Dick never tried to over sell us and taught us every step of the way. Dealing with kids can never ever be easy. The paperwork was always done fast and always waiting for us at the office.
No matter the problem, Dick and Frances were always there encouraging us to take our time, pick the right house, never forcing an idea or just trying to get rid of us. With our meticulous personality and a full year of searching, they were always there and treated us like million dollar clients while looking at foreclosures. Dick never gave up and was very persistent with our seller, always giving us daily updates.
I cannot believe how so very lucky we were to find Dick and Frances Sakowicz, without them I don’t think we would have survived the house buying insanity, I can never thank you two enough and if anyone is ever lucky enough to work with these two, know you are in great knowledgeable hands that will take care of you and all of your needs.
