We had to do our house-hunting remotely from the Bay Area. We met with Dick in January for a first round of exploration. We looked at a variety of properties and enjoyed getting to know Dick and the market in Palm Springs. When we came back in March, ready to buy, Dick had lined up about 10 places for us to look at. What impressed us most was that all of them were a fit with 100% of the features that were most important to us and 80% to 100% of our “nice to have” features. We realized that, in January, while we had been browsing properties and enjoying Dick’s humor, Dick had been really listening. It was almost as if he knew what we were looking for better than we did. During the bidding and sale process, Dick was attentive and helpful – keeping us informed by phone or email of developments. We were pleased with our experience with Dick from every aspect. We have already recommended Dick to several friends and would heartily recommend Dick Sakowicz to anyone we know looking for a home in the Palm Springs area.
