I want to express my appreciation for your tireless efforts in finding buyers for my two Desert Hot Springs properties which I had foreclosed on and were in disrepair.

After we met on site and reviewed alternatives, you correctly convinced me that they should be sold as soon as possible and with minimum fix up expense. Your knowledge of the area, zoning laws, escrow documents and providing a good contractor were important in selling these properties at a good price in a difficult market.

There were times when I thought I was your only client as you promptly returned phone calls, faxes, E mails, took pictures etc. But, obviously, that was not really the case.

In summary, I was relieved of these “investments” expeditiously and enjoyed knowing and working with you both. You make a great team!
