We are the ones that need/want to say thanks to Dick; in our opinion, he was “heaven sent”; how lucky can one be to find someone with his class and knowledge just by chance? Once again we wanted to thank him for his commitment to find us the house that would closely reflect our preferences in community & lifestyle, as well as be architecturally appealing. We specifically recall two occasions where his guidance saved us from making a big mistake….

His knowledge of the area and the fact that he gave us so much of his time without once pushing for something that we later would not want, or for that matter, for more than our needs for a second home could justify.

We are now enjoying every single minute in our new home; we love everything about it, and mostly the fact that we have started new friendships beginning with Dick and his wife that will give us lots of joy through the years to come. Well, of course they’ll get to see our new home. As a matter of fact, Dick and his wife will be the first dinner guests when we get our act together.
